Digital deliverables & refund policy
LLM Ready sells digital products, implementation assets, reports, generated code, and downloadable deliverables.
All purchases that include implementation-ready code, downloadable files, or full reports become non-refundable once those deliverables are accessed, revealed, copied, or downloaded.
By completing checkout and accessing paid deliverables, you agree that the product has been consumed and is no longer eligible for a refund except in cases of duplicate charges, billing error, or our failure to deliver the purchased asset.

Refund exceptions
- Duplicate payment
- Fraudulent charge confirmed by us
- Purchased deliverable was never made available
- Material technical failure we cannot cure in a reasonable time
Subscriptions & cancellations
Recurring subscription and retainer billing is governed by our Cancellation Policy, which covers billing cycles, notice requirements, prorated refunds, and what happens to your data after cancellation.
Access logs
To prevent fraud and resolve disputes, we may log deliverable access events, including timestamps, token usage, IP address, browser user agent, and access actions such as view, reveal, copy, and download.
Partner program
Participation in the LLM Ready Partner Program is subject to the Partner Terms & Conditions, which cover commission structure, attribution, prohibited activities, and termination conditions.
