LLM Ready delivers digital products — including AI-readiness audit reports, implementation-ready code, structured data files, llms.txt generation, and associated documentation. Because these deliverables are intangible, instantly consumable, and cannot be "returned," our refund policy reflects the nature of digital goods.
By completing a purchase and accessing any paid deliverable, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
Refund eligibility window
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after this window will not be considered regardless of circumstances, except in cases of confirmed fraudulent charges.
To request a refund within the eligibility window, contact support@llmready.work with your order details and reason for the request.
When refunds are not available
All purchases become non-refundable once any of the following events occur, regardless of the 14-day window:
- The audit report, deliverable, or any portion of its content has been accessed or viewed
- Any implementation-ready code, file, or asset has been downloaded
- Any generated content (llms.txt, Schema markup, structured data) has been copied, exported, or revealed
- API credits or token-based usage has been consumed
- A deliverable has been shared with a third party
- The product has been used to generate value in any commercial or non-commercial context
- A chargeback has been initiated (which automatically forfeits any refund eligibility)
LLM Ready logs deliverable access events — including timestamps, IP addresses, user agents, and specific actions (view, reveal, copy, download) — to determine eligibility and resolve disputes. This log constitutes binding evidence of access.
Refund exceptions
The following circumstances may qualify for a full or partial refund regardless of access status:
- Duplicate charge — You were charged more than once for the same product due to a billing system error
- Non-delivery — You completed payment but the purchased deliverable was never made available through our platform
- Confirmed fraudulent charge — We determine that your payment method was used without your authorization
- Material technical failure — A platform defect prevented delivery of core product functionality and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe (generally 5 business days)
Refund exceptions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at LLM Ready's sole discretion. Approval of an exception in one case does not establish precedent for future requests.
Product-specific terms
AI Readiness Audit Reports
Audit reports are generated on demand for your specific website URL. Once generated and displayed, the report is considered delivered and consumed. No refund is available after report generation completes.
Downloadable Files (llms.txt, Schema markup, structured data)
These files are generated specifically for your domain. Once the file is revealed in the interface or download is initiated, the deliverable is consumed and non-refundable.
Implementation Code & Assets
Generated code snippets, integration scripts, and implementation assets become non-refundable upon first view or copy action in the platform.
Subscription Plans
Subscription charges are governed by our Cancellation Policy. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period once charged. Annual subscriptions may be eligible for prorated refunds under the cancellation policy terms.
Retainer Engagements
Managed retainer fees are non-refundable once the engagement period has commenced. Please review the Cancellation Policy for notice and termination terms.
How to submit a refund request
To request a refund, email support@llmready.work within the 14-day eligibility window and include:
- Your name and account email address
- Order ID or payment confirmation number
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund request
- Which exception category applies (if claiming an exception)
We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your financial institution.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us forfeits all refund eligibility and may result in account suspension. We retain access logs and purchase records and will submit this evidence to your financial institution during the dispute process.
