Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy governs how you may cancel recurring subscriptions and retainer engagements with LLM Ready, and explains what happens to your access, data, and billing when a cancellation is processed.

By subscribing to any LLM Ready plan or retainer, you agree to the terms set out below. This policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.

Subscription cancellations

Monthly plans

You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain full access to your plan features until that date. Monthly subscriptions are not prorated — no refund is issued for unused days in the current billing period.

Annual plans

Annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. If you cancel within 14 days of your initial annual purchase and have not accessed any paid deliverables, you may be eligible for a prorated refund of unused months, subject to our Refund Policy.

Annual cancellations submitted after the 14-day window will take effect at the end of the annual billing period. No prorated refund is available for the remaining term once the initial 14-day window has passed and deliverables have been accessed.

When cancellation takes effect

  • Cancellation requests submitted before your next billing date will prevent renewal
  • Cancellation requests submitted on the billing date may not prevent the charge — contact us immediately if this occurs
  • Cancellation is confirmed via email to your registered account address
  • Until you receive confirmation, your subscription remains active and billable

How to cancel a subscription

Subscriptions can be cancelled through any of the following methods:

  1. Dashboard — Navigate to Account Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription
  2. Email — Send a cancellation request to support@llmready.work with your account email and plan name

We process all cancellation requests within 1 business day. You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is processed.

Retainer cancellations

Notice requirement

Managed retainer engagements require 30 days written notice to cancel. Notice must be submitted via email to support@llmready.work or through your designated account manager.

The 30-day notice period begins on the date we confirm receipt of your cancellation request. Retainer work and billing continue through the end of the notice period.

Retainer refunds

Retainer fees paid in advance for periods beyond the notice period are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your retainer agreement. Work delivered or in progress during the notice period is billable at the contracted rate.

Immediate termination

LLM Ready reserves the right to terminate a retainer engagement immediately for cause, including but not limited to: violation of our Terms of Service, non-payment, or conduct that prevents us from delivering services. In such cases, no prorated refund is available for work already initiated.

Billing cycle terms

  • Billing cycles renew automatically on the same calendar date each month or year
  • Failed payments will be retried up to 3 times over 7 days before the subscription is suspended
  • Suspended accounts retain read-only access to previously generated reports for 30 days
  • Accounts suspended for non-payment are reactivated upon successful payment; no data is lost during the suspension window
  • Currency and pricing are in USD unless otherwise stated at checkout
  • Applicable taxes may be added to your invoice based on your billing jurisdiction

Access after cancellation

When your subscription or retainer ends:

  • Platform access reverts to the free tier at the end of the billing period
  • Features, reports, and deliverables exclusive to paid plans will no longer be accessible
  • Previously generated and downloaded files remain yours — we do not revoke ownership of delivered assets
  • Your account and stored audit data are retained for 90 days post-cancellation to allow reactivation
  • After 90 days of inactivity on a cancelled account, data may be purged in accordance with our Privacy Policy

Your data after cancellation

We retain your account data, audit history, and usage logs for 90 days following cancellation. During this window, you may reactivate your account and regain full access to your history.

You may request deletion of your account data at any time by emailing support@llmready.work. Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Note that some data may be retained for legal, financial, or fraud-prevention purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to this policy

LLM Ready may update this Cancellation Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
