What we collect
We collect account details, purchase details, website URLs, audit results, and deliverable access logs needed to provide the product, secure the service, and prevent fraud.
For paid digital deliverables, we may store timestamps, IP address, user agent, and access events such as report opens, reveal actions, copy actions, and downloads. This data is used to determine refund eligibility as described in our Refund Policy.
How we use your data
We use this information for product delivery, customer support, billing, dispute resolution, abuse prevention, and legal compliance.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with payment processors, cloud infrastructure providers, and fraud prevention services as necessary to operate the platform.
Data retention
Active account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after cancellation, during which you may reactivate your account. After 90 days of inactivity on a cancelled account, data may be purged. See our Cancellation Policy for details on what happens to your data after cancellation.
Some data (purchase records, access logs, billing history) may be retained longer for legal, financial, or fraud-prevention purposes regardless of account status.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@llmready.work. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Note that some data may be retained as described above.
Partner referral tracking
If you arrive via a partner referral link, we store a referral cookie for attribution purposes. Cookie duration and attribution terms are described in our Partner Terms & Conditions. You may clear this cookie at any time through your browser settings.
